For Sale By Blog

OK, so this article is not Brooklyn or 53BP specific, but it does have to do with real estate and it gave me a good giggle. Apparantly a gentleman named Alan Weinkrantz, from San Antonio, TX has published a blog to help sell his home. His real estate agent says, “We had never seen that… He is so *avant-garde*.”

    it’s creative. funny how he’s offering to treat the buyer to lunch/dinner at san antonio’s finest restaurant and that the police watch over his house while he’s away. it’s a really cute place.
