75 Smith Revealed!

This week we’ve finally been hearing news about the “mystery projects” that have been going on in the area. One spot that has been particularly puzzling is the big hole in the ground on Atlantic and Smith. We’ve heard it will become everything from a supermarket, to a boutique hotel, to a residential condo. It seems there is finally an answer! Today, Set Speed via Brownstoner reveals the slick website of the condo officially known as The Smith. There is still some speculation as to whether or not this project will include hotel rooms.     I think it will, Lori, that’s what I’ve heard all along. And the condos seem to start on the 5th floor. Antoher awesome location to live at - just like your place - at the intersection of Cool and Cooler Streets.

    Went to the sales office (365 state) yesterday. first four floors will be “boutique hotel” with separate entrance and elevators. curious about low price per sq. ft., but the location seems too good to ignore, so i asked for a contract today. We’ll see what my lawyer has to say about it.
