110 Livingston - On Sale Now!
Looks like our neighbors at 110 Livingston have begun a-selling… I signed up for the mailing list a while back, and received a VIP invitation to go see a model apartment. Upon stopping in last-minute, the attractive salespeople disdainfully tried to turn me away until I told them about my invite… then, they were all smiles and ready to schedule my appointment! (Fear not, apparantly the building will be open to the general public “soon.”) Can’t wait to get in there and see what’s going on, as we’ve been peering down on this 300-unit project from our living room window for quite a while now. I’ll be back with a full report!

Hey - I’m actually about to move into 53B, but next year (knock on wood) I’ll be moving into 110. It’s a pretty nice building at a general price point (

700 psf that I thing is pretty respectful of the market’s uncertainty. It better be, b/c they’ve got 300 units. The Smith has sold less than 30 in eight months, and it’s three blocks away.
BTW, 110 is well finished - 10-foot ceilings, island kitchens, separate stand-up showers or double sinks in every bathroom with the space for it, and many good layouts. Two Trees has a history of solid product, and I think this will be another example of that.
